The Pier Hotel is in an amazing and comfortable location in Harwich, within a short walk to historic Harwich, the port, and the railway station. The unit is new-fashioned with standard decor and the staff, from the cleaner to the manager, are very welcoming.

The location of this place is amazing, right next to the seafront and the pier, which is perfect for tourists, and I would definitely consider coming back again someday, as the hotel served its purpose.

We enjoyed our stay and would have extended it. The units were a good size and top-notch, with views over the harbor. The location is particularly great, only 1 km from a circular fort.

The superior queen room with hot water shower and a good view of the coast was ideal for our trip. The hotel was in an amazing location not far from the onsite Turkish restaurant and the Harwich railway station. The Harwich railway station is at the end of the line and is prone to train cancellations.

No complaints, the venue met expectation, totally recommend it. I ate at a very spacious restaurant with good view. The bathroom was very well appointed, included a bath and a walk-in shower.

I had lovely stay, the place is quaint and unique!
I truly enjoyed it. The hotel was perfectly clean with free Wi-Fi. The location was amazing, just a pleasant stroll away from a circular fort. The rooms were a decent size and the service friendly! Took the advantage of the parking on street.
